What do you think of the Google Sync service?

Google has just released a Beta service of "Google Sync" for mobile devices.

This service can be used for synchorize data between Google and mobile devices (of course, including Windows Mobiles). It is implemented using the Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync protocol. After setting up a new Exchange ActiveSync account on your phone, the data can be two-way synchorized and get changes pushed directly to the phone.

I'm currently trying it, and i'm not impressed by the implementation of the CalendarSync.
It only syncs the primary calendar, so the announced version 1.3.7 of GMobileSync is going to be much more useful.

The removal of Google Sync services has it's drawbacks as well, as it deletes all contacts and similar items on the client due to it's nature as an exchange server. Calendar changes aren't pushed to the client (at least not while I was testing it). I don't know how it is with emails, I've only set up calendar and contact sync.
